3. Course Enrollment & Tuition

Enrollment in courses and programs may require payment of tuition or fees.

Refund and cancellation policies, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of registration or in your enrollment materials.

Our faculty consists of traditionally trained Islamic scholars who hold ijāzāt. However, Dirayah Seminary itself is not a state-accredited institution, and completion of our programs does not result in a government-recognized academic degree.

4. Donations

Donations made to Dirayah Seminary support our nonprofit mission. Tax-deductibility depends on individual circumstances and applicable U.S. law. Please consult your tax advisor.

5. Communications

By providing your email address, you consent to receiving communications related to:

  • enrollment and administrative matters
  • program updates
  • organizational news

You may unsubscribe from non-essential communications at any time.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, website content, branding, recordings, and written materials are the property of Dirayah Seminary or its instructors unless otherwise noted.

  • record classes or course content

Materials are provided for personal educational use only.

7. Respectful Conduct & Learning Environment

Dirayah Seminary is committed to maintaining a respectful and ethical environment consistent with Islamic values.

We reserve the right to remove participants who engage in:

  • harassment
  • disruptive conduct
  • threats or abuse
  • conduct harmful to the learning environment

without refund where appropriate.

Our programs provide religious and educational instruction only.

Nothing provided through our Services constitutes legal, financial, counseling, or professional advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Dirayah Seminary, its staff, instructors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services.

Your exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the Services is to discontinue use.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the website or LMS.

12. Eligibility (Age Requirement)

Dirayah Seminary programs and Services are intended for individuals aged 17 and above.

By creating an account or enrolling, you confirm that you are at least 17 years old.

We do not knowingly enroll or provide student LMS access to individuals under 17.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Dirayah Seminary operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
